Brow Lift Procedure Details

A forehead lift is performed with the patient under anesthesia. The duration of surgery depends on the extent and of procedures; for instance, if Dr. Sunde is performing an endoscopic brow lift alone, surgery will generally take less time than a brow lift as part of a full facelift.

Because each person’s anatomy is different, each forehead lift requires a customized approach. Dr. Sunde either uses the classic method or the endoscopic method to tighten the brow. Both procedures involve inconspicuous incisions in the hairline. Dr. Sunde tightens the brow skin, removes any excess tissue that causes drooping and then resets the brow line so it can heal.
